We ask for your full name, mobile number and email for any problems with processing your order or the ability to contact you regarding a change in the event. This information is kept confidential and ensures only you can use your ticket.
How do I create an account?
From Tix-Social's home page, click SIGN UP in the upper right corner of the home page or from any internal page. You'll need your first and last name, phone number and e-mail. That's it. OR you can simply sign up with your facebook account to stay in touch with all your friends that are going to the show with you. You are now officially part of the Tix-Social Community. Welcome!
How do I find my event?
From the search bar on the home page, type the name of your event if you know it. Events of that name or location will display, and you can search for your local event in the results.
How do I purchase a ticket?
Once you've found your event, select the number of tickets from each different ticket class you'd like to purchase, view your subtotal and click the PURCHASE TICKETS button below the ticket options. You'll be asked to enter your credit card information and zip code and click SAVE CREDIT CARD. You can check the box below giving permission to "Save this credit card for future purchases" which is explained in the question below. Simply click "Click to Pay" and view your order!
Where is my credit card information stored?
Your Credit Card (CC) is not stored within Tix-Social's platform. If you choose to store your CC for one click future purchases, your information is stored within Stripe's database. We use their service for all CC processing, so know that your information is safe and secure. They process for other companies like Apple, Kickstarter and Lyft to boot, proving secure transactions are of utmost importance.
Where can I view my tickets?
Immediately after your purchase, you can view your tickets by clicking on them from the purchase confirmation page. Otherwise once logged in, click MY TICKETS in the top right corner. Your tickets for each event will show up in alphabetical order with the option to print a backup paper copy. I never received my tickets by e-mail for printing
Check your spam filter first! You should automatically receive the backup copy of your ticket to the email you signed up with. You can print this and be checked into the event this way, or simply show your ticket within the Tix-Social app. To email yourself another copy, login to your account and go to the My Tickets page. Click on the ticket you wish to reprint or view, and find the "Email ticket to myself". You'll receive another copy quickly through email. If your ticket isn't showing up in the "Your Tickets" section within the app, please contact us at info@Tix-Social.com.
What will I see on my credit card statement?
You'll see one charge from C&H Financial Services. Initially this will show as pending for up to 48 hours. When cleared, it will show a transaction number, the ticket type you purchased and the quantity of tickets. This should match the total amount when checking out from Tix-Social.
How do I change my password?
Login and go to the "My Account" page. Scroll down to the New Password area and enter it twice to confirm. Click Update Account, and you're good to go for the next time you login.
I forgot my username/password
If you forget your username and password – no sweat. On the sign in page, click the "Forgot your Password?" link below the 'Sign Up Now!' button and enter your email address. We'll send you a temporary password to login and personalize which you can change from the "My Account" page.
How do I contact the event organizer?
From any event page, there should be a 'Contact' section near the footer area. This should include a name, phone and email contact for the event, either at the venue or through a specific promoter. You can always e-mail info@Tix-Social.com if you need other assistance.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at info@Tix-Social.com to remove your account from future mailings and ticketed events. We're sad to see you go, and we'd love to have you back!
What do I need to register?
From the Tix-Social app home screen, simply sign up with your facebook login credentials to stay in touch with your friends that are joining you at the event, or register using your full name, phone number, and e-mail address for a backup copy of printable tickets. That's it. Welcome to the Tix-Social Community!
How do I purchase a ticket?
Find your event and proceed to the event ticket section. Use the + and – buttons to select how many tickets of each class you'd like to purchase. Click Buy Tickets and enter your credit card information with the option to store your credit card with our processor C&H Financial Services. Preview your purchase and "Click to Pay" to confirm the purchase. Enjoy your next Tix-Social experience!
Where can I view my tickets?
Click the menu icon in the top left corner of the app. Under 'Your Tickets', click a specific event to view all tickets for that event. Clicking on the individual ticket brings it up on your screen for sharing, check-in and for use of promotional offers. It's that easy!
How do I share my ticket or claim the ticket shared to me?
If purchased through the web instead of Tix-Social's app, you can easily share or claim your ticket through the app. When viewing a purchased ticket, click the 'Share Ticket' button at the bottom of your screen. Enter the recipient's name, phone and e-mail to send them their ticket. If they don't have a Tix-Social account, one will be created for them. If they do, make sure to send it to their e-mail address associated with their account. If someone shares a ticket with YOU, simply login, and view your ticket in the 'Your Tickets' section in the menu. You should see the new ticket with a 'Shared with you by' tag. Simple and easy. Enjoy the event!
